We were pleased to advise Reuven Moskowitz on the MBO transaction for the acquisition of ILTV, Israel’s English-language news network, together with the company’s CEO, Tom Zadok, who will continue to lead ILTV through the next stage of its growth.
Since its founding in 2015, ILTV has become one of the leading outlets covering Israel for international audiences, with live news broadcasts 24/6, distribution across more than 10 international streaming platforms, and a community of over 2.2 million followers on social media.
The transaction marks a new chapter for ILTV, with plans to expand into culture, entertainment and podcasts, while integrating AI systems into its workflows and content operations.
The transaction was led by Ezra S. Gross, together with Josh Hauser, Samuel Kuperstok, Omer Sarusi and Nir Briscoe, with the assistance of Boaz Feinberg, Yarom Romem, Yaniv Chajmovic, Lihi Katzenelson, Ido Chitman, Edan Regev and Amiram Zeno.
