He has significant experience advising foreign clients on their investment activity in Israel, as well as guiding Israeli companies through complex cross-border transactions.
With a particular focus on domestic and international M&A, corporate financings, and sophisticated commercial transactions, Ezra serves as trusted corporate counsel to privately held companies at all stages of growth, as well as to publicly traded and multinational corporations on ongoing commercial, governance, compliance, reporting, and general corporate matters.
Ezra is recognized by The Legal 500 and IFLR1000 for his work in M&A, banking and finance, and private equity, reflecting his reputation for advising on some of the most significant transactions in the Israeli market.
His experience spans major M&A transactions involving both private and public companies, high-tech exits, complex joint ventures, real estate transactions, and management agreements for global groups. He also advises high-tech companies on all aspects of their day-to-day corporate needs and has represented numerous clients from inception through successful M&A exits.
Ezra is a member of the firm’s High-Tech, Real Estate, Family Wealth Management, and Nonprofits Departments. He advises private clients on venture investments, international estates, probate, trusts, and complex real estate matters, and represents high-net-worth individuals, Israelis and foreign residents, in managing their family wealth and cross-border assets. He also co-leads the firm’s Automotive Practice, counseling startups and established companies in the automotive and mobility sectors.
He also holds rabbinic ordination from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and holds the rank of captain in the Israel Defense Forces. He joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2015.
He is fluent in Hebrew and English.
