(TASE: ORBI), a leading provider of advanced communications solutions for the defense sector — a cross-border acquisition of a publicly traded defense communications company, involving multiple subsidiaries, regulatory considerations, and classified security approvals.
The transaction involved a lengthy and discreet negotiation process, alongside close coordination with defense and regulatory authorities in both Israel and the U.S. The merger agreement has now been signed, and closing is expected in approximately four months, subject to customary approvals.
