Yaara specializes in commercial law, intellectual property, technology transfer, licensing, and data privacy. She advises Israeli and international clients – including startups, large global companies, and research and medical institutions – on international activities, particularly in the fields of innovation, including AI, and industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, as well as in matters related to the Israel Innovation Authority and the European Union’s Horizon Program.
She advises Israeli and international clients, with an emphasis on emerging technologies and industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices. She also handles matters related to the Israel Innovation Authority (formerly the Office of the Chief Scientist).
Additionally, Yaara counsels clients, whether start-up or large global corporations, on a wide range of privacy law matters, both in terms of compliance programs and in commercial contexts, including in connection with external Data Protection Officer services, personal data processing, sending promotional messages, profiling, information security, and cross-border data transfers. Yaara also addresses privacy matters compliance arising in the context of commercial agreements.
Yaara has completed specialized professional training supervised and recognized by the Privacy Protection Authority for the role of Data Protection Officer, and she holds an international certification in data privacy – Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe – CIPP/E.
She received her law degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2020, and her LL.M., specializing in Intellectual Property in Technology law in 2026 from the Hebrew University.
