Yaara specializes in commercial law, intellectual property, licensing, and data privacy. She advises Israeli and international clients, with an emphasis on emerging technologies and industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices. She also handles matters related to the Israel Innovation Authority (formerly the Office of the Chief Scientist).
Yaara holds an international certification in data privacy (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe – CIPP/E). She advises clients on privacy protection matters, including compliance programs and commercial matters.
She received her law degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2020, and her LL.M., specializing in Intellectual Property and Technology law in 2026 from the Hebrew University.
