Mega-deal in the Israeli technology industry: DustPhotonics is being acquired by Credo Technology Group in a transaction valued at approximately USD 850 million, with total consideration of up to USD 1.2 billion in cash and stock.
DustPhotonics, a privately held Israeli company specializing in high-speed optical connectivity solutions, has been acquired by Credo Technology Group, a U.S. semiconductor company listed on Nasdaq.
The transaction was led by Orly Tsioni, Odelia Sidi and Yvonne Abramovich, together with Ofir Levy, Meir Greenwald, Eli Greenbaum, Miriam Friedmann, Yaara Mann Seri, Adrian Daniels, Avi Anouchi, Neta Goshen-Barami, Oren Pisha and Hadar Spielman.
