Ran Druk specializes in planning and zoning law. He assists clients – including some of Israel’s leading real estate and development companies – at each stage of the planning and construction process, from property rezoning and conversion, to building plan approvals and building permits.

A sought-after litigator in planning and construction matters, Ran represents clients before various planning commissions, including the High Court of Justice and the District Courts for Administrative Matters. He also specializes in criminal procedures under the Planning and Building Law, and has served as a certified prosecutor in these procedures.

With an additional specialization in the field of business licensing, Ran also provides legal advice to private and institutional clients in proceedings related to obtaining business licenses, as well as in criminal proceedings

under the relevant legislation.

Ran also accompanies and represents clients in betterment levy proceedings and claims for compensation due to damage to real estate. In this capacity, Ran accompanies and represents a transportation infrastructure company (Net”a – Urban Transportation Routes) in lawsuits related to a national infrastructure plan for the construction of the light rail network.

In 2022, Ran was appointed as a member of the Business Licensing Committee of the Bar Association. In this capacity, he participates in lectures and seminars, delivering presentations on the topic to various audiences.

Ran joined the firm in 2021.
