Yaara Seri specializes in matters involving intellectual property, licensing, privacy law, commercial law and corporate law. She has represented companies in the biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, she represents clients in matters involving the Israeli Innovation Authority (the IIA, formerly known as the OCS).
Yaara received her LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2020. During her studies, she served as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for Prof. Yael Ronen’s course on conflict of laws, which was offered at the Academic College for Law and Science. She has since enrolled at the Hebrew University as an LL.M. candidate, specializing in intellectual property law, which she is expected to complete in 2024.
She was admitted to the Israel Bar Association at the beginning of 2023 and joined the firm as a lawyer immediately thereafter.
