Sivan Wulkan is a partner in our firm’s Commercial Litigation department. Her primary focus is on advising prominent foreign companies in both international and domestic disputes, in addition to providing counsel to leading Israeli industry figures. As an integral part of her role, Sivan also provides day-to-day legal advice to prominent multinational companies, contributing to their strategic decision-making processes.
Over the course of her legal career, Sivan has personally handled and been actively involved in numerous large and complex high-profile civil proceedings, class actions, and derivative actions, establishing herself as a seasoned litigator.
With a comprehensive understanding of civil, commercial, and corporate law, as well as expertise in antitrust and competition law, e-commerce, consumer protection, private international law, payment methods, and administrative law, Sivan brings a diverse skill set to her practice.
During her legal studies, Sivan gained valuable experience in the legal department of the Israel Land Authority and participated in various pro bono initiatives. Having served as an associate at S. Horowitz & Co., Sivan joined our firm in 2014 and became a partner in 2019. She is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
