Shira Cohen-Mazor’s primary area of practice labor law, representing employers, both Israeli and foreign, representatives of companies’ executive management, workers’ unions, employers’ unions, employee organizations, and employees, through liquidation and foreclosure proceedings, as well as in the suspension of proceedings.
Shira regularly supports clients in a wide variety of matters related to labor law. This includes providing legal counsel and expert opinions, representing clients before both civil courts and labor tribunals, drafting and negotiation contracts and collective agreements, and consulting on a variety of commercial transactions, including restructurings, mergers, and sale and purchase activities for corporations and other legal entities.
Shira received her LL.B. from Reichman University in 2009, and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2010. Earlier in her legal career, she practiced employment law at Zysman, Aharoni, Gayer & Co.
