Leah Grumet specializes in matters involving intellectual property, licensing, privacy law, commercial law and corporate law. She provides advice concerning diverse licensing and commercial transactions.
Leah represents emerging and established companies in the cybersecurity, fintech and software industries, as well as biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical industries. She has advised clients in M&A transactions that involve complicated legal issues and sophisticated technology. Leah also assists companies working with Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs) in leading Israeli academic institutions as they navigate complex legal and intellectual property issues.
Leah received her LL.B. (cum laude) in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2019, and a B.A. in history and Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African studies, from Columbia University in the City
