We are pleased to announce that our client, Autofleet, has been acquired by Element Fleet Management, a leading automotive fleet manager in Canada.
Autofleet has been at the forefront of optimizing fleet and mobility operations, enhancing existing services, and enabling the launch of new on-demand passenger and logistics services.
We’ve had the privilege of representing Autofleet from the beginning and throughout this significant milestone.
This successful deal was led by partners Joeri Kreisberg and Nataly Margalit, as well as partners Eli Greenbaum, Netanella Treistman, Ofir Levy, Ofir Paz, Adv. Tali Salzman, Itamar Brown, Leah Grumet, Michael Portman, Elizabeth Krishmarov Chanan and interns Sharona Guggenheim Plumb and Nimrod Tal.
