Elizabeth Krishanov Chanan’s practice focuses on taxation, and more specifically on equity-based compensation benefit plans, tax aspects of M&A transactions, legal opinions, negotiation on various agreements with the Israel Tax Authority, obtaining pre-rulings, and Israeli taxation.
With valuable experience in equity-based compensation benefit plans, Elizabeth has advised various startups and multinational companies over the years.
Elizabeth has been ranked as a Rising Star in tax, by the Legal 500.
Elizabeth earned an LL.B. and a B.A. in economics in 2013 and was admitted as a lawyer in 2014. She also holds an MBA from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yafo (2018).
Elizabeth joined the firm in 2023. She speaks Hebrew, Russian and English.
