Yvonne Abramovich’s practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, representing clients, including commercial companies and high-tech startups, with an emphasis on private equity financing, strategic investments, local and international commercial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions. She also provides legal consultation to companies regarding their ongoing legal matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Yvonne served in the Military Advocate General Corps for seven years, holding several positions in the Military Prosecution. In her last position, she served as the Interim Head of the Operational Affairs Section at the Office of the Chief Military Prosecutor, where she examined allegations of violations of International Humanitarian Law during the operational activities of the Israel Defense Forces. During this period, Yvonne gained extensive experience in the fields of criminal and administrative law.
