Miriam has valuable experience in matters related to the IIA in all the stages of a company’s life cycle. She has submitted complex applications to the IIA and has provided advice and analyses to various clients in connection with IIA rules and restrictions.
Miriam also counsels clients, whether start-up or large global corporations, on a wide range of privacy matters, including in connection with processing personal data, marketing, data security, data breach and cross-border transfers.
