Orna Sasson’s expertise encompasses various fields in commercial litigation, corporate law, and insolvency. She has extensive experience in a wide range of proceedings in the fields of commercial and administrative litigation and arbitration processes.
With a unique specialization in contracts and litigation related to contracts in the technology and intellectual property fields, Orna drafts agreements for licensing, franchising, distribution, and other types of collaborations.
Recognized in Legal500 legal guide in the field of Local Litigation and Arbitration. Orna has published on topics that include franchising and arbitration. In 1991, she co-authored the Israeli chapter on Agency and Distribution Agreements in the Butterworth Legal Publishers book series on International Agency and Distribution Agreements, together with Adv. Yigal Arnon – founder of the Yigal Arnon & Co. law firm. She has co-authored several other pieces, including the Israeli chapter on arbitration in The International Comparative Legal Guide to International Arbitration 2005, with Adv. Doron Tamir; an Israeli chapter on Franchise Relationships and Agency Laws Around the World in a special publication commissioned by the American Bar Association as part of the 2004 Annual Forum on Franchising Agreements, with Adv. Orna received her law degree, cum laude, from Tel Aviv University in 1987, and an LL.M. degree, cum laude, in 1993 and an Executive MBA, cum laude, in 1995 from the same university. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1988, joined the firm the same year and became a partner in 1995.
