Shahar Edri is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, which handles complex civil and commercial litigation cases across a broad legal spectrum. Among other things, she represents individuals and leading Israeli and international companies in class actions and derivative actions, arbitration and mediation proceedings, in various jurisdictions.
Shahar graduated summa cum laude from the University of Haifa with a bachelor’s degree in law. Simultaneously, she pursued a master’s degree in law, specializing in the field of commercial business law, finishing with the distinguished honor of magna cum laude.
During her legal studies, Shahar served as a teaching assistant to Dr. Yehuda Adar (contract law) and to Prof. Yehiel Kaplan (family law), as well as a research assistant to Dr. Sagit Mor (tort law) and to Prof. Doron Menashe (civil law). She was also a member of the editorial board of the University’s online law review Din Udvarim, and of its Law, Technology & Cyber Legal Clinic.
Shahar was certified as a lawyer in Israel in 2021, and joined the firm in 2021 following her internship at S. Horowitz & Co.
