Bio

Sagi is a tax attorney with more than a decade of experience advising on a broad range of tax matters, including Israeli tax, international tax, real estate taxation, and indirect tax. She advises companies, entrepreneurs, and private clients on tax planning, ongoing tax matters, and complex transactions, including cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and employee equity incentive plans.

Sagi has also advised clients on voluntary disclosure proceedings and the regularization of trusts that had not been properly reported.

Sagi has extensive experience providing tax advice in complex real estate transactions, including combination transactions and urban renewal projects.

Sagi has taken part in the management of complex tax disputes and has represented taxpayers before assessing officers, real estate tax authorities, and VAT offices, as well as before the courts.

She is a member of the Tax Forum and the Real Estate Taxation Committee of the Israel Bar Association.

Prior to joining the firm, she served as a senior attorney at a boutique law firm specializing in tax law, as well as in the international tax department of a leading accounting firm. She completed her internship at the State Attorney’s Office.
