Roy Masuri’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, with special emphasis on complex litigation and class actions.
In the fields of airlines and tourism, Roy has extensive experience in providing ongoing consultation and legal support to companies on various matters, including providing legal opinions to foreign companies that seek to operate in Israel, advising them on legal requirements under Israeli law. He also represents both Israeli and international companies in these sectors in litigation proceedings, and in class action lawsuits, with a particular expertise in representation relating to claims about violating Israeli and foreign laws, and international conventions. Indeed, he has successfully represented clients in some of the most prominent and precedential aviation cases in Israel, some of which have shaped aviation laws in the country, as well as consumer laws that are relevant to the aviation industry.
