Nimrod is an associate in the firm’s Emerging Technologies & AI Department. His practice spans hi-tech, venture capital and corporate matters, including advising startups, multinational corporations and investors on private equity financings, strategic investments, commercial transactions and M&A. He also provides ongoing counsel on legal issues that arise in the ordinary course of a company’s business.
In the emerging technologies space, Nimrod advises on regulatory, commercial and strategic matters relating to fintech, digital assets and cryptocurrencies, AI, machine learning and innovative technology platforms.
Nimrod holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Psychology from Reichman University. Before practicing law, Nimrod pursued a career as a professional musician, with formal musical training and a broad background in composing, performing and music production.
