Hod’s practice focuses on commercial law, legal accompaniment of private and public companies, as well as a variety of aspects related to company law, securities law, and financing.
Hod assists the firm’s clients in drafting diverse commercial agreements, participating in capital-raising activities (including IPOs on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange) and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Hod also assists with ongoing legal advice to private and public companies in the fields of capital market, corporate law, corporate governance and regulation.
Hod joined the firm as an intern in 2024 and joined as an attorney in 2025.
