Hanital also provides ongoing consultation and legal support to airlines and tourism companies on various matters, as well as providing legal opinions to foreign companies seeking to operate in Israel, advising them on legal requirements under Israeli law.
Hanital received both her LL.B., magna cum laude, and B.A. in management from Tel Aviv University in 2003. She obtained her LL.M. (specializing in commercial law), summa cum laude, from Tel Aviv University in 2007, in a joint program with the University of California, Berkeley, and joined the firm the same year. She became a partner in 2012.
