Eliran Strichman serves as a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department in the field of cooperative societies and agriculture practice. His expertise encompasses civil litigation, commercial law, corporate law, cooperative society law, securities law, labor law, and contract law, with a particular focus on handling complex commercial agreements.

With extensive experience in the legal aspects of the agricultural domain, Eliran represents corporations, cooperative societies and private individuals in various business matters, including complex litigation procedures. He offers comprehensive legal guidance to corporations across diverse areas, including commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and other commercial law-related matters, and advises cooperative societies on a wide range of issues related to their operations, including commercial engagements,

membership matters, and various aspects of agriculture.

Eliran joined the firm as a partner in 2021.

EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

Represented Moshav Miron employees of Hapoel HaMizrachi Cooperative Settlements Ltd., providing close, ongoing support to the association’s executive committee in a variety of areas and legal issues including, among other things, support in disputes with members, procedures for admission to and removal from companies, and regulation of land use.

Represented Moshav Alkosh employees of Cooperative Agricultural Settlement Ltd., and provided close, ongoing support to the association’s executive committee in a variety of areas and legal issues including, among other things, settlement of disputes with members, regulation of land use, including in accordance with the Settlement Regularization Law, contracts, and engagements.

Represented Regba Furniture Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd., in a move to change the status of the corporation from a cooperative society to a limited liability corporation, including liaising with the Registrar of Cooperative Societies. Also, we worked with the association in changing its regulations and submitting reports to the Registrar.
