Elan Loshinsky’s practice focuses on the representation of companies and venture capital funds in Israel and abroad, across a broad spectrum of industries, from the establishment of the company, through its commercial development, to its eventual acquisition. His experience includes providing legal assistance to companies with an emphasis on private financings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as ongoing legal assistance to companies, including startups.
Elan also advises tech companies in various fields, including information technology, biotechnology, medical devices and pharmaceuticals, research and development activities, and the sale or purchase of technologies, and regulatory matters related to the above.
Experienced in labor law matters, he also assists startup companies in designing employee incentive plans that match their needs.
Elan worked as a teaching assistant (TA) for the corporate law and administrative law courses at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as being on the editorial board of the law journal Hukim.
Elan is fluent in English and Hebrew and is conversant in Italian and Arabic.
