Bio

Daniel Abarbanel is a senior partner in the firm’s litigation practice group. He has vast experience in handling all matters concerning civil, commercial and administrative litigation and has defended individuals in some of the highest profile litigation cases in Israel.

Daniel advises his clients and represents them in complex litigation cases related to contractual disputes, real estate, including ownership, leasing and partnership disputes, tenders, libel, environment-related litigation, franchising, administrative petitions, class actions and derivative suits. Daniel represents his clients in all instances and tribunals, including before the Supreme Court.

Among his clients are prominent real estate, infrastructure and construction companies as well as public sector entities and governmental companies.

Daniel also acts as arbitrator and as mediator in complex

legal disputes.

Daniel received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1990 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1991.

He joined the firm in 1993 and became a partner in 1998.
