Adrian Daniels’ practice involves a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and complex finance transactions. He has extensive expertise in U.S. securities law, having represented issuers in public and follow-on offerings in the United States, and advises Israeli companies in ongoing SEC and NASDAQ matters.
Adrian also has extensive experience in day-to-day corporate matters, providing young companies with legal advice on a full range of both routine and complex corporate and commercial issues.
In addition, Adrian is active in managing the firm’s pro bono practice, and leads the firm’s Blockchain and Crypto Department.
Adrian obtained his law degree from Leeds University (1991), and his M.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of London (1992). He is a Lincoln’s Inn Wolfson Scholar.
Adrian was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1993. He joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2006.
