Michlol Mimun Completes Successful Bond Issuance

Attorneys Shai Margalit, Shiri Shaham, Or Perel, and Tomer Tzach represented Michlol Finance in a new public bond issuance totaling 233 million NIS.

This issuance is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to diversify its funding sources. Earlier this year, in May, through its subsidiary Michlol Nadlan, the company conducted a private bond issuance on the TASE institutional track. Backed by guarantees from urban renewal projects, this issuance raised approximately 190 million NIS, also handled by our firm.
