Tomer Tzach represents private and public companies, including several that are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and advises them in a wide variety of commercial areas, such as corporate law, securities law, capital raising, initial public offerings (IPO) and secondary offerings, as well as diverse commercial transactions. Tomer regularly advises corporations in mergers and acquisitions procedures. Amongst other things, he focuses on drafting various commercial agreements and advising on financing transactions.

Tomer is experienced in providing ongoing advice to public companies from diverse fields of activity, as well as advising entrepreneurs from the early phases of their project. In addition, he has experience with banking litigation and insolvency cases, such as suspension of proceedings, debt settlements, receiverships, and liquidation of companies.

Tomer is fluent

in Hebrew and English.
