(and its shareholders), a leading company specializing in the import, marketing, and provision of services and equipment related to UPS systems, Power converters, DC systems, Data Center and the execution of electrical projects, in a transaction for the sale of a controlling interest in the company to Manor Evergreen investment fund.
This transaction, along with the continued M&A deals and other business transactions accompanied by our firm, we consider not only a success for our firm, but also a sign the resilience of Israel’s economy despite the ongoing state of war.
