Moshe Pasker specializes in commercial law, including corporate law, capital markets, corporate finance, and banking law. He represents clients in a wide range of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment transactions, financing transactions, establishing companies (including startups), partnerships and joint ventures, and drafting complex commercial agreements.

Moshe also represents clients in initial public offerings (IPOs) as well as other types of capital and debt raising on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Moshe provides both private and public companies with ongoing legal advice in various matters of commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate law, securities law, and corporate governance.

In addition, Moshe has gained extensive knowledge in the fields of financial regulation, and he represents and provides ongoing legal advice to banks and other financial institutions (including foreign banks and entities) on various matters of banking law, financial regulation, licensing issues etc.

During his academic studies, Moshe served on the editorial staff (team leader) and as a website editor for Hapraklit Law Review. He also served as a research and teaching assistant.

Moshe speaks Hebrew and English.
