Shir is a legal intern in the firm’s Commercial Department. She assists in providing legal counsel and representation to both private and public companies; handling a wide range of matters related to corporate law, securities law, finance, and insolvency. As part of her work, Shir supports the drafting of commercial agreements, the execution of mergers and acquisitions, and the dissolution of companies.
During her studies, Shir served as a research assistant to Prof. Michal Alberstein in the field of legal theory, and to Dr. Uri Sharon in the field of environmental regulation. She was also a member of the Legal Clinic for Mediation and Dispute Resolution and volunteered in the high school program of the Menomadin Center for Jewish and Democratic Education.
