We are pleased to announce that our firm represented Nebius in its acquisition of Israeli AI company Inferize. The acquisition brings Inferize’s technology and team into Nebius’s AI platform, helping Nebius deliver AI models to its customers faster and more efficiently.
The transaction was led by Kobi Ben-Chitrit and Liron Hacohen, together with Tani Sterman and Raviv Finer, with support from intern Matanel Kupietzky.
A multidisciplinary team from across our firm also advised on key aspects of the transaction: Shay Fahima and Meir Greenwald on tax matters; Eli Greenbaum on intellectual property, AI and open-source matters; Shira Lahat on employment matters; and Miriam Friedmann on privacy matters.
