Hilight in Nofar Energy’s NIS 200 Million Acquisition of Control

We are pleased to have represented the principal shareholder of Hilight in the sale of control of the company to Nofar Energy. The transaction involves the acquisition of 92.5% of Hilight’s shares for approximately NIS 200 million.

The seller was represented in the transaction by our attorneys Ido Frishta and Arthur Gorelik, together with legal intern Lin Noiman.
