Bio

Tair Sinicin is an associate in the firm’s Planning and Construction department. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2025.

Tair practices planning and construction litigation and administrative litigation, representing clients in proceedings before planning institutions and appeals committees, as well as before the District Courts sitting as Courts for Administrative Matters and the civil courts.

Tair also provides ongoing support to public infrastructure entities and to national infrastructure projects – in the transportation, aviation, ports and energy sectors – on the legal aspects of planning and construction.

Tair completed her legal internship at the Counseling and Legislation Department (Civil Law) of the Israeli Ministry of Justice, where she conducted legal research and drafted opinions on a range of civil and administrative law questions – both in formulating the State’s position and for legislative purposes – and handled class action and standard form contract matters brought before the Attorney General.

Prior to that, Tair worked at a civil litigation firm and at the Central District Attorney’s Office (Civil Department) of the Ministry of Justice, assisting on administrative, commercial and real estate matters, including drafting court pleadings, legal research and preparing files for hearings.

Tair graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2024 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2025.

During her studies, Tair volunteered in programs teaching law and democracy to elementary school students, and in advising senior citizens on their rights.

Tair speaks Hebrew and English.
