Oren is an associate in the firm’s High-Tech Department, where he provides legal support to Israeli and foreign companies and investors, with a focus on technology-driven clients. His work spans a range of high-tech and commercial matters, including capital raises, investment transactions, and ongoing advisory support, accompanying companies and investors across different stages of their lifecycle.
Oren received his LL.B. from Tel-Aviv University in 2021 and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2023.
