Hadar is an intern in the firm’s high-tech department, focusing on providing legal solutions to private high-tech companies throughout their lifecycle. She assists with comprehensive legal support, from company formation to financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and managing daily legal issues.
Hadar holds a double bachelor’s degree in Law and Psychology from Reichman University.
