Yaniv’s practice focuses on representing private tech companies on a variety of matters, from company formation to acquisition or IPO, as well as venture capital funds and private investors, with an emphasis on capital raising, commercial transactions, and mergers & acquisitions.
Yaniv provides ongoing legal counsel to companies on a variety of legal issues that arise in their day-to-day operations, including corporate law, corporate governance, financing transactions, and other commercial matters. In addition, Yaniv has experience in supporting complex transactions and providing comprehensive legal advice to companies and has a deep understanding of corporate law and contract law.
Prior to joining the firm, Yaniv worked in the Israeli hi-tech industry in various companies in the field of business development and partnerships, where he was responsible for creating new partnerships, increasing company profits, and closing deals from the product presentation stage to the negotiation and closing stage.
