Tani Sterman’s practice focuses on the representation of companies from the very early stages of their development, throughout their growth and maturity, including exit transactions. His experience includes advising on matters involving corporate and transactional law and corporate financing, including the representation of high-tech companies in equity financing rounds, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Tani advises tech companies across a range of industry sectors in various fields and regulatory matters. He has a particular interest in the smart mobility and sharing economy sectors.
Since 2022, Tani has been a teaching assistant (TA) for the Financing and Exits in High Tech Companies course at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Prior to joining the firm, Tani was advisor to the Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Transport and Road Safety for over two years, where he gained valuable insight into the internal workings of legislation, regulation, and policy making.
Having received his LL.B. and B.A. in geography from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2020, Tani was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2022. He is fluent in English and Hebrew.
