Tali is an intern in the firm’s Commercial Department, focusing on corporate law, corporate finance and regulation, and cooperative society law. She is involved in the legal representation of companies and cooperative societies on various legal issues, including banking and corporate financing, consulting on financial regulation matters, as well as providing legal advice on general and ongoing corporate issues.
During her studies, Tali was a member of a legal clinic for youth and at-risk adolescents, worked as a pre-intern in the Pardons Department at the Ministry of Justice, and volunteered at Israel’s national council for the child, in the child victim assistance center.
