Tal Jakubowicz is an intern in the firm’s Commercial Department, focusing on commercial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, insolvency, and corporate finance. Her work includes assisting with the preparation of different commercial agreements and financing agreements, and with transactions of public and private companies, ongoing matters related to publicly-traded companies, debt settlement, and receivership.
During her studies, Tal worked in a district judge’s office, as a research assistant to Prof. Itai Bar Siman Tov in the constitutional legal field and as a teaching assistant to Prof. Adi Libson in the corporate law course at Bar-Ilan University.
