Bio

Shoval joined the firm’s Hi-Tech department, which focuses on providing legal solutions to private high-tech companies throughout their lifecycle. Shoval takes part in comprehensive legal guidance ranging from company formation, through financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, to handling day-to-day legal matters.

During her studies at Hebrew University, Shoval participated in a student exchange program at Georgetown University where she completed courses in negotiation, law and technology, and international law. Additionally, she worked at the Legal Department of the Planning Administration at the Ministry of the Interior, where she assisted in matters within the scope of the legal advisor’s responsibilities, particularly issues related to tender law and ethics. Furthermore, she volunteered at “HaLev”, a movement to combat poverty in Israel, where

she provided legal assistance in labor law, social security, and emergency rights.
