Shoshana advises on commercial and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on startups and technology-driven companies. She provides ongoing legal support to early-stage and growth companies across all aspects of their business activity, including corporate governance and commercial transactions. Her practice includes advising on venture capital financings, private equity transactions, and other complex investment deals.
Shoshana holds an LL.B. from Reichman University and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2023.
Before joining the firm, she worked at one of Israel’s leading boutique law firms.
