Well-versed in local licensing procedures and the complexities of Israeli zoning authorities, at every level, Shoam excels in representing various clients during objection proceedings – an integral part of the zoning process. Her specialization extends to providing legal representation for infrastructure companies and governmental entities in proceedings related to land expropriation and compensation. She also adeptly represents clients in various proceedings before the Israel Land Authority.
