Shirly Mahlab Hefetz’s primary practice area is labor law, representing both Israeli and foreign companies, and other entities including foreign governments, in a variety of employment-related matters. As well as providing ongoing advice and legal opinions on various aspects of employment, such as hiring and dismissal proceedings and labor law compliance, she also prepares agreements relating to employment, freelancing, employment termination, and settlements.
In addition, Shirly represents clients before the regional and national labor courts in a range of cases, including discrimination, wage, and unlawful dismissal claims. She also represents employers before various bodies in administrative and other proceedings, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department for the Regulation
