Shirly joined the firm in 2020. Her primary practice area is labor law, representing both Israeli and foreign companies, and other entities including foreign governments in a variety of employment-related matters. Shirly provides ongoing advice and legal opinions on various aspects of employment, such as hiring proceedings, dismissal proceedings, compliance with labor law, preparation of employment agreements, freelance agreements, employment termination agreements and settlement agreements.
Additionally, Shirly represents clients before the regional and national Labor courts in a range of cases including discrimination claims, wage claims and unlawful dismissal claims.
