Sagi Schiff specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on class action and derivative lawsuits. Throughout his career, Sagi Schiff has represented a variety of corporations, both Israeli and foreign, in courts and in arbitration. He has extensive expertise in various fields including technology, insurance, banking, communications, finance, manufacturing, real estate, environmental quality, and more.
Sagi Schiff has a specialized focus on privacy and data protection law. In this capacity, he has defended both Israeli and foreign clients in motions for class action certification, which raise innovative issues and require understanding in foreign law and advanced technology.
Sagi Schiff possesses extensive experience at all stages of class action lawsuits, including negotiation processes and mediation. He also has a broad experience in representing “regular” civil litigation processes. As part of this, he notably represented the pension fund of “Egged” members in a civil lawsuit against “Egged”, which culminated in a precedent-setting settlement amounting to hundreds of millions of shekels.
Sagi Schiff joined the firm as an attorney in 2010 and became a partner in 2019. Before joining the firm, Sagi Schiff worked as an trainee and advocate in the firm of Dr. J. Weinroth & Co.
Sagi Schiff graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University in 2007. In 2014, Sagi completed his Master of Laws degree with distinction from University College London.
