With vast experience in defending clients facing difficult and complex legal disputes, Ruth is especially skilled at handling sensitive litigation that involves matters of public interest. For example, she has represented numerous companies, based in Israel and overseas, in high-profile class action suits and mass tort actions. This has included lawsuits involving tobacco corporations, high-value product liability and antitrust cases, lawsuits dealing with cellular radiation and other environmental issues, and numerous other disputes that have drawn significant public attention.
Ruth’s clients have included global technology companies, leading internet service providers, cellular service providers, tobacco corporations, and domestic and international banks.
Over the years, Ruth has become well-acquainted with legal systems and intellectual property regulations outside Israel, which enables her to provide comprehensive representation when handling international intellectual property disputes for both Israeli and foreign clients.
