Bio

Romem is an intern in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department, where he is involved in matters relating to corporate law, commercial transactions, and capital markets. As part of his internship, he takes part in drafting prospectuses and supporting public offering processes, alongside work on issues that integrate regulatory and commercial aspects.

Before joining the firm, Romem served as a project manager at Nereus-inn, where he accompanied R&D companies in financing processes in front of the Israel Innovation Authority, including preparing R&D funding applications, analyzing technological activity, and representing companies throughout regulatory procedures. In this role, he gained practical experience working with management teams, formulating financing strategies, and understanding the business needs of growing companies.

In addition, Romem managed the

mentor program of the Namer Veterans Association, which includes recruiting, profiling, and coordinating hundreds of professional connections between industry leaders and graduates of the unit.

Romem also served as an editorial board member of the “Mekhkarai Mishpat” law journal and as a board member of the “Hamaslul Hachadash” association, where he assisted in drafting agreements and providing ongoing legal support.
