Rinat has extensive experience in dealing with transactions in the field of urban renewal – Pinui Binui (Evacuation and Reconstruction) and TAMA 38 – starting from the initial stages of contracting with the land owners, throughout planning, financing, and contracting with consultants and contractors, all the way through to the implementation of the project, including the sale of units, delivery, and the regulation of registration.
