Rinat has extensive experience in dealing with transactions in the field of urban renewal – Pinui Binui (Evacuation and Reconstruction) and TAMA 38 – starting from the initial stages of contracting with the land owners, throughout planning, financing, and contracting with consultants and contractors, all the way through to the implementation of the project, including the sale of units, delivery, and the regulation of registration. She also works on complex combination transactions, transactions between companies in real estate projects, real estate financing, sales transactions, rentals and ongoing legal support for both companies and entrepreneurs.
Rinat received her LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University in 2011, graduating with honors. She went on to pass the bar and was certified as a lawyer in Israel in 2012.
Rinat joined the firm as an attorney in 2012 and became a partner in 2022.
