Rinat Groisman specializes in commercial law, banking, and finance. She provides legal counsel to private companies and entities regulated by the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority, as well as advising on corporate law and governance, payment services, and privacy and data security.
Handling ongoing support for companies, including assistance in negotiations, commercial agreements, and business transactions, Rinat has experience in a range of commercial and regulatory needs of private companies and regulated entities.
In 2019, Rinat completed her LL.B. and LL.M., with a specialization in commercial business law, at the University of Haifa with honors. Having completed her internship at the firm in 2019, she was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2021, after which she joined the Banking & Finance Department as a lawyer.
