Omer is an associate in the High-Tech and Mergers & Acquisitions Department. She advises private companies and Israeli and international technology companies throughout their entire business lifecycle, from the early stages of incorporation, through ongoing operations, to investment, financing, merger, acquisition, and exit transactions.
Omer has experience working with clients in Israel and abroad, including entrepreneurs, international companies, and venture capital funds, and is involved in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
As part of her practice, she provides ongoing legal counsel in the areas of corporate law and corporate governance, financing transactions and fundraising rounds, and supports companies in managing the legal aspects of their day-to-day business activities, delivering comprehensive advice tailored to each client’s business needs.
